Application Process

Pre-Kindergarten:

  • Complete the online Pre-Kindergarten Application. All applicants (parents with students) must tour the school.

Grades Kindergarten - Eighth:

  • Complete the online Kindergarten – Eighth Grade Application.
  • Use the Admissions Portal to email the Request for Student Information and Records Form to the child's current school, where the principal or counselor will complete it.
  • Use the Admissions Portal to email the Recommendation Form to the child's current teacher to be filled out.
  • All applicants (parents with students) must tour the school. Tours will not be given without the prospective student present.
  • An entrance exam may be required.


Age Requirements:

Entry dates shall be in accordance with the following schedule:

  • Pre-Kindergarten 3 - 3 years of age on or before September 1
  • Pre-Kindergarten 4 - 4 years of age on or before September 1
  • Kindergarten - 5 years of age on or before September 1
  • First Grade - 6 years of age on or before September 1 and successful completion of Kindergarten

Admission Policy

The school has an open admission policy. No person, on the grounds of race, color,

disability, or national origin, is excluded or otherwise subjected to discrimination in the

receiving of services. Nor does the school discriminate in hiring, promotion, discharge, pay,

fringe benefits, job training, classification, referral, and other aspects of employment on

the basis of race, color, disability, age, gender, or national origin.

School Tours

School tours are available throughout the year. The tour will give prospective parents a "real life" view of our students, teachers, and campus and an opportunity to ask questions, obtain information, and get to know Nativity Catholic School.

Once a student has been accepted, the following must be provided to complete the registration process:   

  • Registration Online Information - provided at the office
  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
  • Health Forms: 3040 and 680
  • Registration Fee
